I also think this is a Japanese name and thus should be pronounced in the Japanese way as far as possible. Thus the word has three syllables:

i.e. / he / i / ko
. /he/ as in the first syllable of " Harry " (American pronunciation)
. /i/ as in " it "
. /ko/ as in the first syllable of /correct/

If you know how to read " Seiko " (a brand of Japanese watches), then you may just replace the "s" consonant with "h".
