急急急!!! Famotidine 20mg 和 Omeprazole 20mg 可以一起同服嗎?

本人一直有胃病, 多是胃脹痛, 平日很多胃氣, 有時因工作緊張, 壓力大, 痛得更利害, 甚至痛到背部。今天又嚴重發作, 有買了一些成藥Famotidine 20mg, 希望與Omeprazole 20mg一起同服, 不知可否? 請大家賜教, Thanks!!

答案係可以,不過以閣下o既情況,應該唔需要兩者同服。樓上嗰位朋友講啱咗兩隻藥o既作用,Famotidine(Pepcidine)係H2-recepter blocker,作用係阻止令胃部細胞分泌胃酸的信號,以達至減少胃酸分泌的作用;而Omeprazole(Losec mup)就係Acid(protron) pump inhibitor,作用係不能回逆地(Irreversibly)破壞胃部細胞的正離子進入分泌胃酸的細胞,令胃部無酸可分泌。
但閣下並不單單是胃酸過多而引起胃痛,還有可能是胃氣等問題,如果單單減低胃酸分泌,不只會不能對症下藥,還有可能有反效果(胃酸分泌過少會引致消化不良,甚至細菌感染引起的腸胃病)
所以閣下應求醫,以求對症下藥。

Omeprazole (a kind of proton pump inhibitor) will depend on a acidic environment to induce its function. After it become activated, it will suppress the acid production from the stomach.
Famotidine (H2 blocker) also can decrease acid production but it is less potent as compared with omeprazole (85-90% acid suppression vs 95-97% suppression)
If you take famotidine together with omeprazole, famotidine will decreased the acid in stomach immediately. Without the acidic environment, omeprazole will not be activated and therefore lose its effect.
