我既煮法係先煲雙份既熱水,
先將一隻蛋打入碗中打散,
再煲滾左既水放一半落碗中成蛋花水,
趁熱加入調味料,
再用煲蓋蓋住碗野,
跟住放麵入煲內熱水中,
大約煮兩分鐘左右,
隔去煮麵水, 放麵入蛋花調味湯中.

呢個方法比較方便, 唔使煲兩次水,
同埋d麵唔使重覆再煮, 咁會冧哂架,
唔使放入口, 見d麵仍有彎曲狀, 挾起仍有彈跳力,
仲要望到d麵既中面有少少未變哂透明既,
咁就應該係好食既即食麵,
因為如果見哂透明既, 就應該過熟喇.......
煮即食麵唔可以煮到岩岩好,
因為煮完會太熱, 食唔到, 等你吹一吹凍少少個時,
d麵已經太冧, 所以兩分鐘就夠, 吹一吹就岩岩好^^
加入蛋花d麵會有蛋香, 同埋會滑d架..
