退租要注意甚麼

我住緊既地方就黎約滿,...
我想問下..我係咪打比業主講一下話唔租就ok~~~
定係仲有d咩文件要簽呀???
同埋交收上有無咩要注意家...
我第一年搬出黎~~~
咩都唔知...
請各位提點一下

你可以根據租約的通知期(如一個月)以書面通知業主退租,最好退租日為起租日的前一天,即最後一個月的租金是完整一個月,不用按比例計算(免麻煩),如起租日為六月一日,則你最後租住日為5月31日。你還可在信內列明交鎖匙及退還按金之時間,以我自己為例,我便是列明最後租住日的翌日晚上當面交收(當然你也可自行與業主商討時間)

還有正常來說按金是不可當租金的,但我相信很多人也會不繳最後兩個月的租金,令業主由按金中扣除,以免業主收樓時有藉口扣你按金,當然會否這樣做你可自己想想吧。

You have to notify the landlord for not renting the house say, 1 month's notice, before the expiry of the tenancy agreement. It is better for you to tell the landload to come up to the premises to check for any terms that you have to observe in the tenancy e.g. the decoration, the structure of the premises, the lights and furniture, if any, if these have been stated in the tenancy agreement. After checking, you should give back the door keys to the landload for the formal handover of the premise to the landlord. The landlord should then give you a refund of the rental deposit you had paid when the tenancy agreement was signed.
