Actually 【stare at】is exactly correct, who say you are wrong ?
Both【busy at】& 【busy with】 is right and 【account of】is correct. Certainly!!!
Actually all the prepositions don't need to recite, you should read more English storybook, newspaper...etc. Then, you should what the are the meaning of the prepositions. After that, you should use the prepositions to composition, listen more and talk more everyday. Use them in your life !!! I give you some more prepositions :
1.at---noon/7:00/sunset/night/lunch(time)/Christmas/the age of 17/that moment/that time
2.in---the morning/March/2007/summer
3.on---Sunday/Sunday morning/my birthday/Christmas Day/20th December
4.till/until---直至
5.by---最遲(time內)

因為about 係解關於
worried about 就係解為一件事而憂慮

但有o的真係無解，好似下面禁

總言而之，你只要用得多，同埋多理解句子既意思，咁就好易明。

1. busy with or busy at
忙碌的,繁忙的[(+with/at/over)

例如:
He is busy at work.
他忙著工作。

Jean is busy with her work.
琴忙於自己的工作。

2.account of

例如:
The policeman gave an account of the traffic accident.
警察敘述了交通事故的經過。

John gave us a detailed account of his plan.
關於他的計劃,約翰給我們作了詳盡的說明。

就得.....
