每次用 nero 都顯示" This program requires the files advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system" 而用不到 nero, 我應該怎麼辦? 是甚麼原因呢? 因我對電腦是外行的,

在這forum 也有人跟你遇上相同的問題, 而他的解決方法是:1. Download the Genreal Clean Tool from Nero and save it.

2. Open control panel/add-remove program and delete all Nero applications.
3. Run Nero Genreal Clean Tool twice. ( Select all options to remove) then exit.
4. Restart computer.
5. Reinstall the Nero software.
6. Restart the computer.
Now you will see everything works fine.
