我好擔心啊！
我間屋已經30年樓齡，之前樓上漏水，至"大制"都消了，全屋要拉明線。
今次諗住間屋都咁舊，要大裝修一下，我都見到舊左d牆紙都bob 起，一拆牆紙，d石屎一定會跌落嚟。
師傅在進行裝修中，他說他在同一個屋苑做了很多工程，從沒有見過一間像我的屋爛得這樣利害，石屎掉了下來不止，鋼筋都霉爛了，范圍都很大，窗口上方的大片都掉了下來。
我很擔心這屋是否再能住下去。
好想知道，維修後可以維持多久，幾年就要維修一次嗎？ 我間屋會否有危險？有冇高見？

a safty house depended on the main structure is in good condition, if the surface concrete of your wall and ceiling is falling down, just make it good with cement and it can last for five years and above, don't worry toomuch, there are many old buildings over 30 years old now still standing with people liveing in. sorry, my chinese typing soft was broken down, therefore answer in english.
