我朋友只有身份證明書(DI)但想去法國英國旅遊,需備什麼文件及資格去辦visa？

持 DI 也可以去英國及法國旅遊的, 但手續較麻煩, 需要自己到領事館申請的

The applicant must present the original and one copy of the following documents (additional documents may also be required)

- Completed application form (download or can be obtained from the French Consulate),
- 2 color photos (35x45mm) on white background
- passport, valid for three months beyond the date of return from France
- Hong Kong or Macao identity card
- Leave letter from your company
- Bank statement or passbook
- Plane tickets or reservations or organised tour itinerary
- Hotel reservations
- Medical travel insurance
Delivery - BNO passeport, CI (Certificate of Identity) or DI (Document of Identity) holders: the visa will normally be issued upon presentation of all required documents listed above. During busy periods, the Consulate General may not be able to guarantee same-day visa delivery. Therefore, it is recommended to make visa requests several days before departure. Other passport holders will normally receive the visa upon presentation of all required documents listed above. However, visa processing may take up to 2 weeks for some nationalities.
