i) 證明A同B獨立, 可以從呢四個途徑諗
1. P(A & B)=0
2. P(A|B)=P(A)
3. P(B|A)=P(B)
4. P(AB)=P(A)P(B)

已知P(B|A)=P(A & B)
但係P(B|A)=P(A & B)/P(A),
--> P(A & B)/P(A)=P(A & B)
--> P(A)=1, A=S
P(A|B)=P(A & B)/P(B)
已知A=S, P(A & B)=P(B),
P(A|B)=P(B)/P(B)=1=P(A)
所以A同B係獨立(因為2. P(A|B)=P(A))


ii) P(A)=0.5, P(B)=2/3, P(A|B)=0.25
P(A & B)=P(A|B)P(B)=(0.25)(2/3)=1/6
P(A U B)=P(A)+P(B)-P(A & B)=0.5+(2/3)-(1/6)=1
根據De Morgan's law, P(A' & B')=1-P(A U B)=1-1=0
