是Why don't you go outside today?

Don't you go out today?(go to street似是港式英文）英文其實是可以這樣問的，但若這樣問的時候，就已經表示出問問題的人，是估計你會外出，所以也期望你的答案，是”Yes, I do”。當然，這只是他的期望，若你不會外出，你也可以說成”No, I don't”
