翻譯題: 市民的認受性 英文怎麼說?

"認受性"可以有幾個說法, 比較普遍的為 acceptability, recognition, legitimacy.
Acceptability多指一般事物,如對政策或產品的認受性或接受性;
Recognition可指對一個國家或一項(大學)課程的承認;
Legitimacy則指對政權或政制的認受性, 即對權威的接受程度.
不知 台端是否想表示"市民對某政權或政制的認受程度", 所以我認為"市民的認受性"可譯為The citizens express their opinions/ views about the legitimacy of the government/ regime, the citizens' opinions on the legitimacy......, 或 the dispute/ controversy over the legitimacy......等, 視乎上文下理而定.
