1.Take bus no.102/106/110/116 at quarry bay, and get off at Cross Harbour Tunnel(Hung Hum) and change KCR to Lo Wu.
2.Take bus no.2X at Tai Hong Street of quarry bay and get off at Wing Hing Street(1st station after Eastern Corridor,Tin Hau).Then you walk back to Hing Fat Street(Outside Tennis Court of Victoria Park, opposite of Deaf School)and take bus 102 to Hung Hum KCR station.

Point 2 does not work as 2X does not have stops in Quarry Bay (Tai Hong Street is in Sai Wan Ho)
