你要睇番你同發展商簽個份合約既條款先知。

但通常跟發展商簽定合約的條款通常都係保障發展商一方,發展商可以最後決定唔賣俾你,但買方唔可以,亦即係唔可以退訂,你唔買就只可以撻訂,但賣方在你撻訂之後有權追收你差價,即係發展商再賣同一個單位,但賣價低過你之前o個個價,就有機會追收你兩個價之間既差額。

when u people agreed the offer and acceptance and signed the contract with consideration, u and the the other parties are both binded and protected by the terms and conditions as per the contract. only with the agree and consent from the other party to release u from dishonour of the contract, u are totally responsible for all damages caused.

香港已落訂的樓宇係冇得退訂架,
落訂前就有考慮期,
落訂後一切落實,
可以唔買,但冇得拿返錢,
所以落訂之前一定要考慮清楚!
