幫我張d字譯成英文!唔可以用翻譯工具,要自己譯!

蕃 茄  3個
豆 腐 2 塊
小 白 菜  4 兩
瘦 肉 4 兩 
水   3公升
鹽   2 茶 匙      
麻 油 少 許   


大 白 菜 一顆

蝦 米    1 兩

薑   二 片
油    1 大 匙

調味份量           
醬 油 2 小 匙
鹽 1 / 2 匙

little bit sesame oil

1/16 drain prawn

1 spoon oil

Seasoning

講明先,外國真係將白菜叫做bok choy架
有人會叫chinese cabbage,但係多數唔知乜黎
我都唔敢包一定譯得全部都o岩架= =

唔睇返樓下位朋友都唔知自己打漏野Seasoning1spoon Soya Sauce1/2spoon salt同埋建議最好將量詞統一化茶匙湯匙呢類ps: 我聽人講tofu係日文所以無用但係腐竹唔係Dried Bean Skin咩?我去買果陣係咁寫架喎= =

200g bok choy
200g lean pork
3L water
2 teapoons salt
sesasam oil (few drops)

1 bokchoi (chinese cabbage)
50g dried prawn
2 slices ginger
1 tablespoons oil

Seasoning
2 teaspoons soy (sauce)
1/2 spoon salt

--------------------------------------------------

chinese cabbage = wong ar bok..
but in some supermarket they call huge bok choi = chinese cabbage

100g = about 2兩

my city's supermarket call 豆 腐 = tofu.. bean curd = tofu skin =腐竹
