請問如果在開業前老闆的朋友(不是股東)先付有關什費(如裝修費,租金,傢具等)，待開業後於bank 開cheque比返這位朋友，
1.應開一個account sheet (ledger)比這位朋友嗎？
2.那個account sheet(ledger)叫咩名？
3.那個account 應是Liabilities嗎？

我覺得應該入liabilites, 開個others payable a/c:裝修費: Dr Fixed assets - leasehold improvement Cr others payable
租金: Dr rental expenses Cr others payable
傢具: Dr Fixed assets - furniture and fixtures Cr others payable
之後公司開番cheque俾錢時, 就 Dr others payable Cr bank
