Favourite Character

山姆。他不是最受歡迎的角色，但在故事尾聲，我發現他是最有英雄氣質的一個。他是一個簡單的哈比人，沒有太多深奧的觀念，反應也很直接，也逗人開心。
重要的是，他是佛羅多的忠實同伴。他追隨佛羅多只是因為他和佛羅多的友誼，根本沒有想要當英雄。除此之外，山姆一直以服務佛羅多的忠誠行為感到驕傲，這讓他不顧不切為佛羅多獻出更多。山姆的簡單性格和忠誠令我很欣賞。

Sam.
Sam was not a popular character. But he was discovered that he was the most heroic character at the end of the story. Sam was a simple hobbit with very little abstruse ideas. He reacted straightly and always made others happy.
Most importantly, he was an allegiant accompany / friend of Frodo. He followed Frodo only because of their friendship. He didn't purpose to be a hero. Besides, Sam was proud of his loyal action of serving Frodo. This encouraged him to contribute or even sacrifice for Frodo. I appreciate to the simple personality and loyalty of Sam very much.
