. I want to know that does this company provide any training to its staff about how to communicate with customers? or any course about communication skills or presentation skills?

係prudenital內有一個理財培訓學院(AFS), 會提供不同類型的Training, 工作上有不少的幫助, 而且在入職時,會提供入職培訓去幫agent start business. 希望幫到你啦!

當然有 la ~~~ Prudential 可以講話上堂多過做 o野。每個 Agent o向 入職前都要上 3 - 4 個入職班，之後，個個月都有唔同 gei 堂可以上 ( optional )，由 sell o野 到 心靈上 gei course 都有 ~~~
