I am just translating your letter and do a little bit of modification, it's because it will be so rude and show your company has to have the 30% in order to be able to buy the material, sounds like your company is broke

Regarding the price, it will be $3 each for leather belt. A downpayment of 30% of total price would be needed for the purchase of raw materials. The rest would need to be settled before the finished products to be shipped (shipping cost are not included). The above said price are in US dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
