面試前準備


溫習剪報:許多時候，求職人申請工作一段時間後，當僱主 要求面試時已經忘記了職位性質、要求，所以我們應把剪報留著以便翻查，可避免尷尬場面，給予僱主良好印象。



了解公司背景:這樣可使同學在面試時更有信心對答更有 遠見、不會空泛。



衣著、儀容:要視乎工作性質，衣著要適中，不應穿著牛仔

褲見工；基本化妝、整齊髮型是最基本的禮儀是必須 的。


4.模擬問題:想想你有何專長、經驗、技能，這對面試有所幫

助。此外，睡眠要充足，面試時便不易怯場。


5.資料準備:同學可用黑色File入好各種面試資料，例如:學

歷、工作證明及其他有關資料。


　

面試時要注意的事項


切忌遲到:面試時遲到會使印象分大減，應預早10至15分鐘最好。



心理準備:要作最壞的打算，若僱主的態度十分冷漠，自

己更應保持冷靜，言談間應有禮貌，態度要誠懇、積極。



不應做小動作:見面時不妨與僱握手，視線不要四處張望，

因為太多小動作始終不是大方的舉動。


4.要有自信:充分休息，準備，答題時要肯定，帶有自信，

使僱主相信你有能力勝任工作。


5.不要心急:在僱主未提出商議薪金時，不要急於談論，以

免給僱主利字當頭的形象。


6.適當表現:在面試時，間中問一兩條關於工作、晉升的問

題，表示你對工作有興趣和熱誠。
