If you purchased a "transferable ticket" then it is transferable. If you purchased a "non-transferable ticket" then it is not transferable.

In many cases yes, but you do have to pay an additional fee. The last time we had to transfer a ticket it cost $100. This was years ago, so I assume it costs much more now.

Yes. They never check IDs, you just need the ticket that says you paid.
