以下既資料係我做 HR 既經驗, 只係好 General, 因為 reference check 係要因應你公司所需要既資料而去設計... Reference Check 最緊要既係員工既同意書.. 一定要寫得好清楚
最普遍的 Reference Check是一式三張
第一張: 書信形式, 向舊公司表明來信的原因, 取資料的目的, 資料何時會Delete
(我諗書信你應該識, 唔駛教)
第二張: 新員工/面試者的書面同意書, 寫明同意新公司向舊公司取有關新員工/面試者的基本資料 (簽名需同舊公司所用的相同)

I hereby authorize xxx company to collect my previous employment details related to my employment performance, salaries, allowances, education. I would be thankful if you could provide the informations above. I understand the information will be strictly confidential and used as employment purpose under the privacy ordinance. The informations which collected will be deleted within 1 year. Thank you for your kind attention.
