I will go to NYC in late April and I found this info from 'Ming Pao' Newspapers: They are very helpful and could arrange someone to pick you up in the airport.

b.) Depart every Wednesday (5/2-9/26/07), Saturday (All year round).
c.) Return flight for depart JFK Airport, please book after 9.00PM.

Day 1: Hometown -- New York (JFK Airport) -- Meet staff & return to Hotel.
Day 2: New York (Day Tour) -- Philadelphia -- Stay in Philadelphia's area Hotel.
Day 3: Philadelphia --Washington D.C. -- Stay in Washington DC's area Hotel.
