為什麼tH值會影響酶崔化的速度?

If pH value decreases in blood(H+ increase), many cells containing enzymes will be affected.
Since enzyme is made up of protein, which contain many hydrogen and ionic bond.
For example, if enzyme contain many negative charge on the active site, it will be neutralize by excess hydrogen ions . Then the substrate cannot fit on the active site complementary. Thus cannot form enzyme-substrate product. Rate of reaction will be greatly affected--->decrease.
