Coconut Glutinous Dumplings
Ingregients
225gm glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
200gm coconut milk(椰汁)
200gm evaporated milk(花奶)
113gm sugar(糖)
suitable quantities of desiccated coconut(椰茸)
Filling : 225gm bean paste(豆沙)
Step:
1.
Mix all ingredients together to form flour paste
2.
Pour flour paste into a non-stick pan and cover with foil.
3.
Place in steamer and steam for 30min. Test with hand and is cooked when not sticky.
4.
With transparent kitchen gloves knead warm dough until it becomes cold. Take pieces of dough and wrap in some filling. Coat with desiccated coconut and serve.
