幾時會用in??幾時會用on??
We generally use in and on to talk about the positions of things, i.e. where they are.
They also refer to the end of the movement, and the place where the things finally will be.

幾時會用into??幾時會用onto??
We use into and onto to talk about directions and destinations, i.e. where the things are going.
They are preferred when we think of the movement itself.

You can compare the following examples:
a. She is walking in the garden.
b. Then she walks into the house.

a. The cat is on the roof.
b. How does the cat get onto the roof?

However, some meanings of the verbs contain an action, for example: throw, jump, put, fall, push, etc. You can use either in/on or into/onto after these words.

幾時會用with??
1. to showing emotions and sensations of how people feel (e.g. shivering with cold)
2. to say how people are feeling towards others (e.g. angry with you, pleased with you)
3. uses like "have", to show possession and similar ideas (e.g. With the help of my friends, I could solve the problem at last.)

幾時會用within??
For within, it is similar to 'in'. Within suggests completing things in a period of time.
e.g. You should finish doing the exams within one hour.
She has to hand in the homework within this lesson.

Abovementioned are just some of the important uses and differences. It is hard to list out all the uses of the words. You had better look these words up in a good dictionary in order to find out the other uses. Hope I can help you!
