加拿大過期居留

我哥在加拿大巳停留6個了,下月便到期了,其實想番來hk,過多兩個月才過去,但有怕加拿大check到之前巳經停留半年,咁快又來便唔俾過境!真係好煩!唔知咁近時間去,究竟可唔可以呢?及有咩好見議?

應該係冇問題嘅! 因爲我都有啲Uncle+Auntie嘅情況同你哥哥一樣！他(她)們知道佢地個VISA差不多過期嘅時候就去美國玩一個星期。然後再回加拿大！
因爲這樣，他(她)們就再有半年的停留期！

Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, overstaying in Canada will result in a Removal Order(遣送離境令) issued against you. In this case, if you do not leave within 30 days, it will become a Departure Order(遞解離境令) that will bar you from entry to Canada forever unless you apply to the Minister of CIC for a permit.
If you have already overstayed, you should immediately leave Canada as a removal order can be issued to you as you read this paragraph.
