DUMPLINGS means a lot of things, e.g. 蝦餃 , 水餃, 粉果, etc so you may find some other modifiers such as shrimp, meat, and other ingredients to give you a better idea of what the relevant dumping is made up of.

The word DUMPLING is like the word CLOTHING. They often need other modifiers, such as the colour of the thread, the pattern and materials/fabrics they are weaven.
