can sunlight pass through a double-gazed window ???
if you stand behind the double-gazed window , can the window prevent you from being heated by the sunshine ???

Certainly.
Visible light (of wavelengths 400-700 nm) can pass through double-glazed window, otherwise you wouldn't be able to see things outside the window.
Infrared radiation can also pass through, as the wavelength of those infrared radiation emitted by the sun is of short wavelength (near infrared), it can penetrate through the double glazed window. The thin layer of air in between the glasses doesn't absorb much of the infrared radiation.
