怎樣分辨化學結構

simple molecular structure 係non-metal + non-metal
個properties 係 colorless liquid 同埋係non conductor.
e.g. water,
水係h20, hydrogen 同oxgyen 都係non-metal,
又岩上面兩個properties 就係simple molecular 喇

giant ionic structure 係 metal + non-metal 既
佢既properties 係coducts electricity in molten state/ in water,
soluble in water, solid, high m.p, b.p.
e.g. sodium cholride,
sodium 係metal, chloride 係non-metal.
有埋上面既properties 就係喇

giant covalent 係non-metal +non-metal
properties: very hard, non-conductor.
e.g. diamond

giant metallic 係metal+metal
properties: malleable n ductile,
can conduct electricity
e.g. gold
