我在EXCEL內建立查貨報告，必須插入一些圖片，但當插入多幅圖片後的檔案會變得很大，我該如何壓細檔案呢？

Double click picture--> Format picture
--> Picture
--> Compress
--> Apply to "All pictures in document
change resolution
"Web/Screen" --> For view size only.. if print out.. not good
"Print" --> good at print the normal size
"No Change" --> Keep the original size
