Hong Kong cheapest prepaid phone SIM card

The cheapest prepaid SIM is offered by Peoples. They have 2 types of SIM cards:
1. Super Talk Card: $48 (with value $46) per minute charge: $0.05 (21:00 - 11:59)/$0.12(12:00 - 20:59) , IDD call to Singapore $3.28/min http://www.peoples.com.hk/p_prepaid_supertalk_charge_iso.jsp
2. IDD talk Card: $58 ($56 value), per minute charge: $0.25 flat , IDD call to Singapore (landline and mobile) free (only charge airtime, ie, $0.25/min) http://www.peoples.com.hk/p_prepaid_iddtalk_charge_iso.jsp
If you mostly make local calls, buy Super Talk card. If you make more IDD call to Singapore, buy IDD talk card.
