之前我已提醒至少要4個小時前到達機場辦理出票手續, 如她們4個小時前已到,是有充足時間去辦理出票.而當日mary 提及原來是機場職員誤導而令她們上不到機.所以是客人與當地機場職員溝通上出現問題.而導致今次事件. 當日告知時,已過了航空公司機票部辦工時間.
再加上機票已被當地airline control 了, 所以我已轉告mary. 客人要直接與當地airline 聯絡

There is no problem with the ticket. If it happened that they couldn't get it, please understand that it is not our mistake leading to the delay of their boarding. We do have reminded them to arrive the airport 4 hours earlier, which is adequate for the ticketing procedure. According to Mary, it is the airport staff misleading them, which make them fail to get on the flight. In other words, this accidents is due to the communcation problem between the clients and that staff. When we received their call, it was already over the airline company office hours. Also, the tickets is under control by the airline company there. Therefore, we inform Mary that they should directly contact the airline company there.
