請問若同級職員(即不同部門的經理)開內部會議(不能讓低級職員參加),請問是誰負責記會議記錄的?

其實如果係幾個經理開會,可以互選而委任出人選。

如有公司秘書或法律顧問,一般會請他/她代勞。如沒有的話,將可以是總務的經理負責。

如果想大家都融洽啲,就最好輪流做會議記錄,如此大家都會覺得公平啲。

The minutes of the meeting should be taken by a person nominated and agreed by the managers in the meeting. That person may be a secretary of one of the managers or a manager participating in the meeting.

This is an impractical solution for internal meeting. It is crazy and too costly for the company. Company secretary is usually present in a directors' meeting.
