Because of the damaged Live wire, therefore Live wire would not carry current.

The Voltage of Neutral wire is 0....
Therefore Neutral wire must not carry current.

Then Earth wire may current.
Earth wire made the kettle grounding,
the current will go to the ground through Earth wire.
The kettle may avoid electrifying

Hope I am right.

but the Live wire is "damaged",why the Live wire may carry current?I think only Earth with will bring current

Since the live wire is damaged,
the current would not flow from live wire to neutral wire as normal.

Instead, the current would flow from live wire to earth wire.

This is because the earth wire is connected to the metal case for safety reasons.
( The earth wire is used to protect us from electric shock. )

Thus, there would be current flowing through both live and earth wire,
be not neutral wire.
