The fastest, most effective and healthiest method to keep fit is to eat less but more meal. Practical method: 1. Cut daily quantity of eating from three parts to a quarter or five parts. After having breakfast, lunch or dinner, increase eating in the moring and afternoon. If the effect is good, it will be reduce weight from 5 to 8 kg monthly. Besides, can eat more celery, cucumber, turnip, bean sprouts, white gourd. The effect will be better. Remember to eat an enough quantity because calorific capacity that your stomach consumes when you eat may be several double of calorific capacity of the food that you eat. So, not to eat will not consume.
