怎樣可以去ppl?
我諗你想講“pl{” ，因為“ppl” 解“people”。
要去pl{ (people-killing)，可以出Wilderness / Wildy，f2p (free-to-play)可以經Edgeville 或Varrock 一直向北行，如圖：

同埋記住帶齊裝備先好去呀，最好帶d swordfish或lobsters，著方面你怕冇左的話著full steel 囉，或者帶teleport 的runes 去，一有咩唔對路就走人，記住lvl 20 打後你teleport 唔到o架喇，同埋咪用Home teleport，癈癈的 =P

那有得mine rune(淺藍)
應該係指Blurite，你係為完成個The Knight’Sword Quest？
可以由Falador 南門出一直向南行，去到Port Sarim 更南的地方，落那個dungeon (地洞)，請看下圖：

跟住落到去，你要應付lvl 53的Ice Giant 同lvl 57 的Ice Warrior，重有lvl 較低的pirates同埋hobgoblins。請跟下圖紅線移動即可見blurite。

In free worlds, there are only 2 runite rocks,
located above the lava maze in the level 46 wilderness.
To mine runite ores,you must have a mining lvl of 85.

除了 "kookaburrawing" 詳盡既圖片及資料外, 其實 member world 仲有一個地方有
rune rock, 但係同 heroe guild 一樣要做一個 quest 先可以去 mining rune rock,
果個 quest 係叫做 "Fremennik isles" 當你完成後就可以去呢一個地方一個小島既
中央, 果到有幾舊 coal rocks 同 rune rock 係到的

Ppl = people (人)，唔明你個question.
無 mine rune，但係如果話淺藍色 rune，只有 soul rune (member)，在 wilderness lvl52 Mage Arena Rune Shop 有的賣。

哦! 我終于明啦! 如果你係問跟係邊度dup rune (Mining -- Runite Ore) o既話，有兩個地方:Wilderness level-45 -- Runite Mine (2) (f2p)Heroes' Guild -- Heroes' Mine (2) (p2p)
