( looking is weak verb--need to put be in front=she is looking )
However,
looks after is better, because she repeats the action everyday
therefore need to use simple present tense )

If you want to use looking:
eg.
Looking after the family is difficult.
(means: "Looking after the family" is an action(noun).

She is looking after the family.
This sentence is correct.
But it means " the action happens now".
eg
She cannot go to shopping because she is looking after her family.
( Now she cannot go out, because she is busy taking care of her family).

( What- use in asking someone or something.
eg.

What do you mean?)
( Brother or sister are countable nouns,
therefore CANNOT us much.

How many brother or sister do Tong have? ( CORRECT)

eg. money= uncountable noun
How much is the bag?/ What is the price of the bag?
It is $100.
How much does the bag cost?
It costs me $100.

He has no brother or sister.
(both also do not have)
He does not have any brother or sister.

eg.
He has a brother and two sister.
He has no brother but a sister.
