I guess you ask for the persons who discovered the physical theories in electricity.
There are a number of pioneers, such as Ampere, Ohm, Orsted, Weber, Volta, Gauss ... etc. But the one with largest contribution is Michael Faraday, who discovered the theory of electromagnetic induction. Without this discoverery, there would not be any electrical power station and domestic elctricity supply would not be possible. We wouldn't enjoy a modern life as what we are having today.
