請問肺癆病(TB) 皮膚測試( TB Skin Test)邊度有得做?

Most of the GP can offer the test.
Most of the HK people do received BCG vaccination before when they are young. This will give rise to a slight positive finding on the TB skin test (usually less than 1cm swelling)
In US, people do not need any BCG vaccination and their TB skin test will be negative. If their skin test show 1cm swelling, it can indicate TB infection (currently or previously)

Therefore, before you get the TB skin test, check if you received BCG vaccination beforehand in order to have a meningful interpretion of skin test result.
