ε = Induced emf
N = no. of turns
Φ = magnetic flux passing through the coil area in perpendicular direction
We can see that the induced emf is dependent on the number of turns of coil but TOTALLY independent of the resistence of the coil.
So both statements are correct but the 2nd statement is not an explanation for the 1st statement.
Therefore answer is B.
