I think you can't buy it in Hong Kong unless you really book it from CD shops, like CD Warehouse or HMV (although you don't wanna go there). You can try to ask some bigger CD shops n ask them can u book it from Japan.

By the way, the Japan version has one more video (about Hil in her photoshoot with the Japan photographer), a Photobook and a new song (with love remix)
