Seasonal Unemployment 係natural 定係non-natural?

Seasonal unemployment is where specific industries or occupations are characterised by seasonal work which may lead to unemployment. Examples include workers employed during farm harvest times or those working Winter jobs in the snowfields or Summer jobs such as in retailing. Because the jobs that are lost are those that rely on the season, it is difficult to employ these workers.
Since non-natural unemployment is considered to be transitory and caused by economic factors rather than inherent characteristics of the labour market, such as any market imperfections or informational problems., I would conclude that Seasonal Unemployment is a non-natural unemployment.
