點解"灣景中心大廈"冇人收購?0個度商業區,唔係應該好值錢嗎?點解發展商唔收購圖利?會唔會因為該大廈多商舖有關,涉及較複雜賠賞問題???定係點解?將來被收購機會大唔大?Why and why not?

灣景中心大廈收購機會唔大. Seems the building is old (樓齡28), also too many commerical buildings nearby, and some of them are vacant, because commerical rent is expensive, so no one is willing to 收購灣景中心大廈 and rebuild a commercial building anymore.
