我可唔可以攞完產假後而辭職,但唔使一個月通知期or通知金呢??

我而家已有6個月身懷了,生完bb後冇人幫我睇住,所以有冇方法可以攞完產假後而辭職,但唔使一個月通知期or通知金呢??

產假前一個月辭職都可以有4/5人工既產假呀?!真的嗎??

你現在應該睇doctor攞sick leave,話比doctor知,你巳經懷孕6個月,問doctor長時間企同著高跟鞋會唔會影響BB,因為工作關係需要長時間企同著高跟鞋,撹到條腰好痛,可唔可以寫封證明比公司唔好經常企同著高跟鞋,因為導致腰骨痛和著高跟鞋隻腳會好痛,萬一唔小心,可能會影響BB..這樣如果doctor寫封證明應該有好多sick leave,記住响doctor面前有幾痛都要扮到超辛苦.如果公司(千就)唔到你,你有封證明應該可以放到冇薪假期.如果公司唔比,你就再睇doctor可能仲有機會可多休假4星期.因為如僱員因懷孕或分娩而引致疾病或不能工作,最多可額外休假4星期.如果你巳組經响公司做滿3個月,連續4日sick leave,仲可享有4/5人工.你仲有無大假(AL)?你只需二個月假巳經開始放產假(前4後6),若你第一次巳攞 7日sick leave,再加一個月,三星期應該好容易攞,因為你大肚嗎!

至於離職,我因為生完之後同公司傾好用產假當代通知期(一個月),你嘗試紅假完後打去勞工署問吓可否用產假當離職既代通知期.
*產假前一個月辭職sick leave係無人工.產假前一個月辭職除非公司應承可用產假當離職既代通知期,如果唔你連產假都無.

你一定要比懷孕醫生證明書給公司 ,因為僱主如解僱你,即屬違法.

I suggest you inform your employer you are going to resign while you are on leave.
Even you are on leave, you could return to your company to submit your resignation letter or you may send a e-mail to tell you are going to sign.


I also suggest you state your last working day on 1 day after after you holiday.

In other words, after your marriage leave, you should return to your company and work one more day so as to ensure you could get the benefit of your marriage leave and give you a good time to pack up your personnal belongings and farewell with your colleagues.

基本大多數公司要一個月前通知辭職的,你既然已知道自己生完bb無人幫你照顧,你應直接同公司講,生之前一個月才辭工,至於產假前4後6嘅產假,公司點都要比你架啦,無論你之後做唔做!(除非你做唔夠3個月).
