1. cheap(adj).
describing the things which are low in price.
eg.
The bag is cheap. It costs me $10 only.

*Price cannot be cheap.
eg.
The price is cheap (WRONG)
The price is low. (CORRECT)

It is hard to make a choice.
Whether you want to abort the child, the choice is depend on you.
There is no choice that we must send the girl to the nearest hospital because she is severely injured.

You may do as you choose.
The shop offers us a wide range of products to choose from.

1. I think when something is a bargain, you can call it cheap. But in English, we don't normally use cheap, we will say a good deal. Becasue when you use the word -- cheap, usually has the meaning of low reputation or ashamed of.

2. You have many choices to choose from.你有许多选择
Choices (noun) choose (verb)

3. accuse, appeal, arraign, impeach, incriminate, indict, sue.

4. A cook is a person who cooks/prepares food.
A cooker is an appliance for cooking food. e.g. rice-cooker, slow-cooker.
