2.
a.All the people agreed to go. (normal)

1.
a. I saw a ghost and felt afraid.
b.I saw a ghost and was afraid.
c.I saw a ghost and afraid it.

a= I saw a ghost + I felt afraid.
b= I saw a ghost + I was afraid.
The meaning of (a) is same as (b)

c is wrong, afraid (+of) something.
I saw a ghost and was afraid of it.

2.
a.All the people agreed to go.
b.All day I felt tired.
c.All of us would not do it.
d.All dogs bark.

a= strange
All people agreed to go.
No need to put 'the'.
"The people" brings another meaning,
that is all the ordinary people in a country or a state,
not the government or ruling class.

b= correct, normal.
All day I felt tired.
means I felt tired all of the day.

c= correct, normal
All of us would not do it
= We would not do it.
However, "all of us" is emphasizing "everyone of us".
'We' means the persons who stand with me.

d. 'all' in the sentence is meaningless,
therefore, no need to put it in the sentence.
Dogs bark.

3.
a.He avoided to go to school.
b.I want to avoid Chris. We've had an argument.
c.How can we avoid her coming?
d.He tried to avoid being seen.

a= correct
He avoided to go to school
= He avoided going to school

b= correct
I want to avoid Chris
( = I want to stay away from Chris
= I do not want to see Chris @ speak to Chris).
We have had an argument.

c= correct, but not suitable.
Avoid(v) =to prevent something bad from happening( eg. to avoid road accidents and etc.)
= to stay away from someone @ something
It is better to use, "prevent..from" (meaning same as avoid),
because we cannot say "avoid her coming"
because it means "stay away from her coming"= wrong
( if "avoid her"= "stay away from her" =correct)
It should be "prevent her from coming".
How can we prevent her from coming?

d = correct
He tried to avoid being seen.
The sentence is using
"Avoid (doing something)",
therefore "avoid being seen"(being seen=passive form),
Behind being, should use past participle"seen".

1.
a. I saw a ghost and felt afraid.
> Grammatically correct, but it's better to use another conjunction in place of " and "
> I felt afraid when I saw a ghost.

b.I saw a ghost and was afraid.
> The sentence seems incomplete.
> I saw a ghost and was afraid (of being alone in the dark).

c.I saw a ghost and afraid it.
> The sentence is wrong because afraid is an adjective and cannot be used as a verb.
> I saw a ghost and was afraid of it.

2.
a.All the people agreed to go.
> This is normal grammatically, but " all the people " sounds odd and illogical.
> All of us agreed to go.

b.All day I felt tired.
>It's better to place " all day " at the end of the sentence.
>I felt tired all day long.

c.All of us would not do it.
> For negative sentence, use " none " instead of " all ".
> None of us would do it.

d.All dogs bark.
>Grammatically correct, but " all " is not needed to make logical sense.
>Dogs bark.

3.
a.He avoided to go to school.
> This is wrong. " avoid " should be followed by a present participle, i.e. go --> going
> He avoided going to school.

b.I want to avoid Chris. We've had an argument.
> This is ok. " Avoid " can be followed by a noun or a person. In the latter, it means you don't want to meet somebody.

c.How can we avoid her coming?
> It sounds odd to say " avoid somebody's coming ". It's better to say:
> How can we avoid seeing her in the meeting?

d.He tried to avoid being seen.
> This is correct. " avoid " + passive voice (be seen --> being seen)
