想做業主,關於大厦維修的煩惱

本人所租住的大厦最近收到建築事務處的大厦維修通知,須要做大厦外牆及防煙門的維修,樓齡20年,外牆是用紙皮石鋪的,全橦樓高28層,每層8戶,即大約有有220戶,
現有問題急須請教大家:
1) 由於我正要考慮及預計購買該單位,有關維修費用應由舊業主還是我這個準業主負責?
2) 如我決定要買該樓宇,從以上資料看來,就一般情況,每戶大約會用多少錢?
並不須要很準確,我只希望有一個大數參考,如須要一兩萬或數千等約數,

1. it is under both of your negotiation. let's say if the market price of your flat is 1 million and you can bargain to the owner due to such reason, you want 50 thousand discount = 950,000. Then will you still worry about who need to pay ?

2. For such issue, it's always depends on which company your building committee employ for the renovation. Last time i also need to pay which they quote me less than $20,000 to $25,000.
