如何解決便秘的問題~

我本身就有便秘...搞到我生豆豆...先就算la..仲同我留埋印
跟住....皮膚一日比一日差...e+仲要好敏感
咁我應該要去食返d咩同埋要做返d咩先至得ar
我真係好辛苦ar...請大家幫下手....thx

我諗你需要睇中醫調理一下
你咁既情況應該係身體內既毒素排唔到出黎呀。
中醫會開d藥比你食, 幫你暢通左先, 之後皮膚會慢慢好。
自己唔好亂食藥呀!!

平時自己可以做多D運動, 多飲水, 多食蔬果。朝早飲一大杯暖水會幫助腸蠕動架。我自己就有時會沖D纖維粉飲(藥房有得賣), 都有幫助!

I totally agree with the suggestions above, but for fast relief, I think you should try medication (just get from Mannings/ watson's), according to doctors, using medication once in a while is ok... as long as you don't depend on it.

I suggest you to take medication (take the coming holiday opportunity, take the medication & stay at home for that day, so that u can go to the toilet immediately when it comes....), then, meanwhile, drink lots of water & eat loads of fruits & vegetables... duo way to help it!

I've watched the TVC for Senokot, maybe you can try that medication.... or you can ask doctor for recommendation.

少喝開水,引致水分不足
纖維素不足,引致消化困難
缺少運動
睡眠不足,身體過分疲勞,也能今胃腸肌肉緊張。
生活壓力,緊張繁忙,削減胃腸功能,引致大腸肌肉緊張。

如何應付便秘?
最重要是找出原因。
一般性的方法有:
給予忠者兩杯開水。果汁或牛奶,以增加體內水分,群助把乾便之糞便排出。
減壓,散步最好
多吃纖維素豐當的食物,例如蔬菜水果
多吃維他命豐當的食物
多喝牛奶、果汁和開水,對幫助消化是很重要的
要有充足睡眠和休息,避免生活壓力影響健康或引致消化不良。
保持每天進行適量運動,以增加血液循環,毫助體內消化機能。
