Frankly, it's a hard decision for me to quit the Company where I've worked for 7 years. Problem between our relationship and heavy workload are the reasons why I've made such decision. We've been working together for 3 years, yet I find that we the commuincation between each other has become weak in the recent year. Besides that, one-man labour, inefficient OT practice and negative comments from the boss have made me disappointed.
