Dendrites are the branches of dendron. (one dendron connects to many dendrites).So nerve impulse is obviously passes from dendrites to dendron and then to axon.
Terminal dendrites are just the end (tip) of dendrites.
Motor end plate is the connection point of axon to the plasma membrane of muscle fibers. Actually you can treat motor end plate is a specialized region of the plasma membrane of muscle fiber responsible as a connection point for signal transmission.
